Executive Director:
Accountabilities:
The executive director serves as the chief executive of the organization. Basically, all organizational structures of the organization will be managed under his leadership. All officers in the organogram are accountable to the Executive Director. The Executive Director has the power to override any decision taken in the larger interest of the organization.

Gospel Movement Foundation (GMF)
Project coordinator:
A Project Coordinator will be assigned for each project to manage the projects managed by GMF. He shall be accountable and report to the Executive Director for all his work. In this case, he must follow the basic policy of the organization. In order to manage the project in a proper and clear manner, he will manage the officers and employees under him keeping the objectives of the project equal. He has to take the main responsibility for the success or failure of the project. Regular meeting, coordination and total inspection with the project staff will be considered as the main part of his work.
Project admin officer:
A Project admin officer will be assigned for each project managed by GMF. His main task will be to manage the officers and employees of the project based on discipline and rules based on the administrative structure of the project. He will be responsible for all his work and submit report to the Project coordinator.
Executive officer:
For each project conducted by GMF, the Executive Officer will be appointed according to the type of work and procedure. There can be more than one executive officer according to the needs of the same project. For example, field executive officer or officer executive officer, executive officer will be responsible for all the work of the project admin first and will submit the report of all his work.
Accountant:
A Chief Accountant will be engaged for all projects managed by GMF. He shall maintain the financial accounts of each project and shall be accountable to the Executive Director for all his work. However, according to the needs of the organization, separate accountants can be appointed for each project, but they will be responsible for their work to the chief accountant.
IT Manager:
GMF will appoint an IT Manager for managed IT projects. He is definitely IT Be an expert and his main task will be to implement IT projects according to the needs and requirements of the organization. Manage accordingly. At the same time he is responsible for the IT issues of GMF. In addition to solutions, help in the field of international communication. He work directly under the direction of the Executive Director and all his duties provide accountability and reporting.
If the District Coordinator is appointed for a specific project as per the requirement for proper management of the projects managed by GMF, the main task of the District Coordinator will be to organize and manage the ongoing projects of the district as per the requirement. The main responsibility of the District Coordinator will be to properly manage the pre-primary schools running especially for the education project. The teachers in charge of the schools will submit all their activities to the District Coordinator. The District Coordinator will submit monthly reports to the Executive Director of GMF based on the reports sent by the teachers. At the same time he will be accountable to the Executive Director.
A Field Monitoring officer will be engaged for speed up and proper assessment. His main task will be to monitor and evaluate the work of the field paralegal in the assigned area and submit it in the form of a report to the Field Monitoring officer. Field Coordinator
The main task of one or more Field Coordinators for field based projects managed by GMF will be to form the work area (Field) through the Field organizers based on the needs of the project. To observe and cooperate with him. At the same time he prepares the correct work report of his work area every month and submits it to the responsible officer of the organization. He will be accountable to the admin officer for all his work.
Field Organizer
One or more Field Organizers will be engaged for specific work areas as per the needs and requirements of projects managed by GMF. His main responsibility is to carry out door-to-door programs of marginalized communities in the designated work areas as per the project objectives and to build the team as per the instructions. In this case, they will be trained through necessary training. The Field Organizer or the Field Organizer will be responsible for all their work.
Volunteers
A major aspect of GMF's mission and objective is to bring its program services to the doorsteps of people. To that end, within its organizational structure and in each work area, some volunteers will be developed who will work for the implementation of the project program based on social responsibility and ethics.
