In order to bring about change in any social issue in our country, two main issues are valued with utmost importance. The first is to lay a foundation for change. The second is to make good plans, and to execute all good plans. Thus for our GMFHS project two things need to be initially started. First we need to build a health center. Secondly, all field level activities should be conducted through that health center. Our health center will be unique from all other health centers and will be the beginning of ensuring women and child health security in our country.
1. Our main goal is to provide service, not profit.
2. Preferring normal delivery rather than unnecessary C-section.
3. Ensuring all tests through modern and standard equipment.
4. Dissemination of all information related to women's health at field level through health centers.
5. Providing quality health care.
6. Ensuring affordable health care for low income people.
7. Ensuring healthy mother-child and safe motherhood.
8. Managing health centers by maintaining quality environment.
9. Own lab run by skilled technicians.
10. Conducting regular camps to increase awareness at village level.
11. Ensuring health care free from Drug Company traps.
12. Refrain from unnecessary diagnostic tests.
13. Provision of emergency services through mobile clinics.
14. Providing emergency hotline services.
15. To ensure provision of medical services through modern trained doctors.
16. To arrange regular training of doctors, nurses and midwives.
17. Committed to creating health centers free of brokers.
18. Providing special health services through foreign doctors every year.
19. To protect the project from all forms of corruption.
20. Conduct an Accountable Health Scheme.
Future plans: To established Medical College for future. To established Nursing and Midwifery institute for future. To established our services in countrywide in future.
Since 2018 we have been piloting the SMS project. And we found that the marginal infrastructure of our country requires massive development of the health sector. Our government is doing a lot of development work but besides this we have to work. Rural communities have a greater need for knowledge and access to services. In researching the SMS project we found many areas to work on.
The aim of this project is to provide prenatal care to expectant mothers during pregnancy. And to ensure this service, physical and emotional support from the family is needed just like monthly checkups. We have provided services to more than 4700 expectant mothers so far through this project. Our next goal is to grow this project further and take the service program forward.
We currently have seven registered nurses and midwives, seven field coordinators, forty two field organizers, office assistants, computer operator, one account officer, admin officer, project coordinator and executive director working in this project.
More than seven hundred expectant mothers are currently being served every month. Monthly meetings and training are given to all our math level staff. We are spending about five thousand six hundred and ninety five US dollars per month to implement this project and we have to collect this fund from all of your donations in every month. We need all of your help to move this project forward.
We hope that the future planning of this project will play a leading role in realizing the goals of our health project GMFHS. I humbly appeal to donors and donor’s organizations, let us all do something extra for the benefit of humanity and creation.

* Field coordinators are take caring all field organizers and their mission fields.
* Volunteers: They are going to local door to door and sharing about the projects and helping to organize field for field organizers.
* Filed organizers are gathering pregnant women for checkup their monthly reports on pregnancy.
* Field coordinators are responsible to overseas all mission fields which created by field organizers and making plans for checkup by our nurse and midwives. They also keep in touch with field organizers and administration to providing information about mission fields.
* Nurse and Midwives: Every month our nurses and midwives visits every mission fields for checkup pregnant women, and providing advices for pregnant women and their families. They also keep notes and providing information to create case studies.
* Project coordinator and Executive Director sometimes visits mission fields to overseas entire activities.
* Nursing admin, Project coordinator and account officer preparing proposals for getting new wings to develop our missions and Executive Director communicate with International partners.
Entire SMS team participate each month in Gospel Movement Foundation (GMF) central office in Khulna.

Each monthly meeting time our nurses and midwives are providing training to our field coordinators and field organizers to learn blood pressure checking, temperature checking, weight checking and measurement checking. Also administrations are providing advices, tricks and ideas to communication with villagers to making opportunities to providing our services over all mission fields.
* Every month our nurses and midwives visits every mission fields created by our wonderful field organizers by leading of our smart field coordinators.
* Having small discussions and checkup to pregnant women.
* Checkup general peoples like, blood pressure test, weight test etc.
It was the first time we gated a chance as host for International Medical Training into the Hotel Orion International Jashore, Bangladesh. Gospel Movement Foundation (GMF) as host collaboration with nationally and internationally as well. Very thankful for our partner organization HBB, AAOP, SHI, SCHC, to make great opportunity for GMF to organized and happily completed Helping Babies Breath Course with 104 participants included Bangladeshi Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, and Village Midwives and Our SMS project’s Nursing Admin and Six Nurses and Midwives also attuned with this great training.
